Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Administrator to join our dedicated team. This role involves carrying out administrative tasks, managing our fleet, and overseeing the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
Perform various administrative tasks, including managing files, handling correspondence, and updating internal databases.
Ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the organization.
Oversee and manage the organization’s fleet, including maintenance scheduling, licensing, and registration.
Manage warehouse operations to ensure inventory is maintained accurately and goods are stored correctly and safely.
Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
Assist in planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience in an administrative role.
Experience in fleet management and warehouse operations.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
