Technical Assistance at USAID

GHSC-TA-TZ, as a technical assistance implementing partner to the Government of Tanzania on health commodities supply chain strengthening, is committed to the provision of strategic planning and implementation assistance through supply chain costing and financing strategies.

Required Services

• Activities undertaken by this contract
• Trouble shoot any issue for project staff laptop, approximate 20-50 laptops total in Dar office and approximate 10 in Dodoma office.
• Install all software packages used by the project on new procured laptops.
• Trouble shoot network devices used by the project such as printers, scanners and wireless routers.
• Provide technical advice when more technical support is required for laptops, printers, scanners and wireless devices.
• Provide general end user support to project staff on project software and equipment challenges reported.
• Ensure internet service is available at Dar and Dodoma offices and report to service provider when services are interrupted.
• Provide recommendations on IT improvements as necessary.
• Provide any general IT support service on as needed basis.

Deliverables

Timesheet will be required for all work performed. Timesheet has to be approved by Director Finance and Administration.

Other Requirements

Possible travel to other offices outside of Dar es Salaam. Costs for travel will be reimbursed on cost
reimbursement basis.
